Information we process
We process your Google sign-in identifier, name, email address, login session, saved places, place suggestions, public reviews and star ratings, review recommendations, and any visit date you enter.
How we use it
We use this information to keep you signed in, sync saved places, receive private place suggestions, and publish member reviews. Your Google account name appears beside a review while your account is active; your email address is never shown publicly.
Public reviews
Reviews and star ratings are published immediately as member opinions, separate from the operator's on-site checks. You can edit or delete your own review from the place receipt. Deleting a review also deletes its recommendations.
Automatic translation
English suggestions and Korean operator responses may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI for translation. We retain both the original and translated text, and a translation is never published as verified place information without an operator check.
Retention and deletion
Deleting your account from My TravelKorea deletes authentication data, saved places, and private suggestions. Public reviews, star ratings, and review recommendation counts remain after their account link is removed; the author is then shown as Former member. Place information separately checked and published after an operator visit may also remain as independent public evidence.
Services used
Google OAuth provides sign-in. Cloudflare Workers runs the application, D1 stores data, and Workers AI provides translation. TravelKorea does not collect passwords.
